Absolutely. I don’t charge for shorter foreclosure consultations. In 15 to 20 minutes, I can get a good sense of your problems and let you know if I can help you or not. If you want a longer 30-minute consultation, you’ll pay $150.
Many people balk and think, “Shoot, that’s a lot of money!”, but you can do quite a bit of talking and listening in 30 minutes. In the first 15 minutes, you’ll let me know what brought you here, and in the final 15 minutes, I’ll tell you how we can approach solving your problems. The peace of mind is great, and you’ll likely spend way less than you would at the mechanic.
Any documents and letters you have from the bank would be helpful. If you’ve already been served with a complaint, I can simply look those documents up online and pull them. For the most part, I’ll simply ask you what your story is and how you got to where you are today.
I’ll need to know if your problems are temporary or more permanent. Were you simply out of a job for a while, but now you’re employed again? Or are hardships still ongoing?
